My account was suspended. What should I do?
We understand that you may be upset about your account suspension. If you believe this ban was made in error, you can submit an appeal by sending a message to this email address or using the support widget in the bottom right corner. Please make sure to include:
- Game ID
- Wallet address
- Explanation of why you feel that the ban was incorrect
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Where can I find my player ID?
When you contact support, you will often be asked to provide your player ID number.
This can be found on the bottom left-hand side of the game screen, just under the battle pass button. The player ID is the final set of digits displayed.

For example, from the image below, the player ID would be 405865.
