WILD FOREST: SUMMER CLASH SERIES

Welcome to the WILD FOREST: Summer Clash Series tournament! This rulebook outlines all rules and regulations for participating in the tournament, including the expected behavior of registered players.

This document was created on June 10, 2025, and last updated on July 4, 2025. It may be updated at any time at the discretion of the tournament admins.

Each participant is responsible for reading and staying up to date with this document. Participating in the tournament means you accept all rules stated here. For any questions, please reach out to a tournament admin โ€” ideally before registering.

Failure to comply with the rules may result in penalties. Tournament admins have full authority over all decisions related to participation and rule enforcement.

๐Ÿ“ Registration & Participation

  • Open to players of all genders, nationalities, and countries.
  • Players must use their own devices and have a stable internet connection.
  • A valid Wild Forest account with a connected Ronin Wallet is required.
  • A valid Ronin wallet is needed to receive prizes.
  • Registration must be completed on the Community Gaming platform. Check-in is mandatory.
  • Admins have the right to disqualify players for violating the rules or at their discretion.
  • Joining the Wild Forest Discord server is mandatory.

๐Ÿง™ Deck Setup & Limitations

Each tournament in the series may have specific deck restrictions (see the rules for each individual event on Community Gaming).

Players are required to join matches with decks that follow the specified rules for that tournament.

Players who do not follow the deck requirements will be disqualified.

๐ŸŽฎ Match Setup

  • The official bracket will be published by the admins at least 1 hour before the tournament starts.
Players are responsible for checking the bracket, joining the Matchroom of your game, and reporting the score after the game (both the winner and the loser have to report the score in Community Gaming after each game).
  • Players are responsible for checking the bracket.

For Qualifiers:

  • Players have to follow the timing given by tournament organizers (given on community gaming and Discord). They must be present at the start of the tournament and follow each round's announcement.
  • Before the match, players may share the battle code with their opponent in the game matchroom (inside Community Gaming).
  • In case of an appeal after the match, players must share a screenshot of the results showing the winner in Matchroom (in Community Gaming).
  • The winning player must wait for admin confirmation before proceeding to the next round.
  • If a match does not begin within 10 minutes of the agreed time, the admins may declare a walkover (automatic win).

Semifinals & Finals:

  • These rounds will have scheduled time slots set and announced by the tournament admins.
  • Admins will handle the lobby setup for these matches.

๐Ÿ“ธ Reporting Match Results

Players must report match results directly on the Community Gaming Bracket page! The Winner and the Loser of each game need to report the result.

โš ๏ธ Match Incidents & Technical Issuesa

  • Matches may not be paused unless approved by an admin.
  • Interrupting a match without a valid reason may lead to disqualification.
  • Match times may only be changed by admins for reasons of force majeure.
  • If a match cannot be completed, admins may decide on a rematch or rule on the outcome.
  • Tournament support is available in English only. Messages in other languages may not be considered valid.

By registering for any tournament in the Wild Forest: Summer Clash Series, players agree to:

  • Follow all rules listed above and on the tournamentโ€™s Community Gaming page
  • Accept any penalties given for violations
  • Treat admins, staff, and fellow players with respect
  • Compete with integrity and fair play

๐Ÿšซ Any form of discrimination (racial, gender-based, cultural, etc.) will result in immediate disqualification

๐Ÿšซ Toxic behavior, match-fixing, or disruption will result in warnings or removal from the tournament

๐Ÿšซ Using or sharing bugs, exploits, or cheats is strictly prohibited

Players caught cheating will be banned from this and future events

The admin team reserves the right to:

  • Interpret, apply, and update these rules at any time
  • Make final and binding decisions on any dispute
  • Modify this rulebook without prior notice
